P I heard FINRA would approve this week. But, who knows. Glendale probably has the best guess.

What I heard on Friday was they were still waiting and they can not push on FINRA any more than they already have. From what I understand they would not expect it to go beyond this week but they do not know for sure when it will happen and are waiting the same as we are. Frustrating as it may be that's all there is to it right now or as of Friday anyway.
