I think it's because the German clinics are only now finally becoming operational. "Until then the Company may charge full price" being a PEI decision, and required first that staff be trained and a site to service patients operational. Very recent.

All excellent points. From the trial sites, I would think that there is 1 hospital in Germany that could treat patients: the trial site in Dresden. But the DE entry says that there will be 20.

I do hope we start to see some revenue from non-German HE patients.
