Share buy back program??? Joking I'm assuming... Look at the A/S increase over the course of the past two years. Look at the O/S per last FIN. They BOUGHT ONEBODE with investors SHARES... Sold it...and never used a single dollar to "buy back" shares... Don't know where you come up with this...
