When they sold Onebode, they announced they'd bought back shares. Yeah, buying companies with shares is a terrible business plan, but when you lack capital, it's the easiest thing to do, and typically, the deal wouldn't go through unless the parties involved saw potential. That, or they "sold" the company to Tranzbyte for nothing, which the financials disagree with.

Need to read FINS for the 100th time...ERBB has an ACCUMULATED DEFICIT OF 18M, LOOK @ the the issuance of shares they issued over 1 BILLION shares to CB for only $1,000,000... They are converting and this company is still not taking off... Issued 2.8M shares to pay ONLY 2.8K in debt (lol) Issued 5M shares for 5k just for a vending machine design... This isnt share buy backs...
