They are negotiating behind closed doors. :-)
Government does not want this negative exposure and are delaying as long as possible.

Obviously attempted murder for a better lack of words after selling Government owned preferred shares then sending internal emails to kill the companies.

Two things in life you need to be careful where you put them....... your dick and your signature.
