So it seems the government refuses to comply with the courts orders. Sounds to me the judge should charge the lawyers with contempt and go ahead and rule in favor of the plaintiffs. Not a lawyer here, but how can they be forced to turn over these docs if they absolutely keep refusing? I mean, you cannot make them physically give these records, right? The process cannot stay in limbo forever either.

This is absolutely ridiculous. It's so obvious that they are not allowing discovery because they know what happened, and is happening, is illegal. I expect an injunction or settlement soon. Regardless of which way it goes, these documents and records should be turned over, seized, confiscated, or whatever so that the American people can expose these traiters and try them for treason.

Basically, the government refuses to play by the rule of law, even here, when a judge orders discovery, multiple times now. Prison time for all involved, and even worse. This is becoming evident that the scheming, double dealing, and lying to conceal the truth about something that absolutely affects the economic viability of our country, possibly putting us in a situation that could cause another recession, should be tried for crimes against our nation. Like Tim Howard, this makes me sick! These are the traitors I served under in the USMC? These are the traitors my 3 brothers currently serve under! Lying stems directly from cowardice. I get angrier by the second thinking about these cowards! They require Marines and soldiers to serve with honor. They have NONE! They steal from the same men and women that fight and lay there lives on the line for what they say is necessary! Necessary! And we should suppose that is another cowardly lie.
