Never be confident that ASHER or Tarpon are not diluting at any time. The dirty secret that most investors don't know about is the exception to the SC13D/G filings required. If they convert, to own less than 5% of the O/S (meaning a 4.99% conversion) they do not have to file.
ASHER files the first 13G and another to let all know they are finished with the first conversion. Everybody is relieved and start to buy, pushing up the SP. All the while, ASHER is sitting on a 4.99% conversion, at a more discounted cost from the first, and begins feeding into the market.
I had posted earlier about 51,000,000 shares that were not accounted for, that somehow entered the market. This is an old trick, by ASHER and other equity financers, to get the most out of their shares. And don't think they aren't aware of the chartists that enter at what they think is a bounce point. VFIN, BKRT, etc., know the game as well as or better than most traders of the OTC. It is their business to know, just like traders. They and we, all have the same objective. ASHER, et al have the primary advantage of having market makers in on their play. Whereas, the common trader only has instinct and whatever tools he has confidence in.
Just like going to the casino, you are playing against "THE HOUSE". It is mostly the luck of the cards that determines if you win, no matter what skills you have.
It is why my first DD search has to do with debt and when it comes due, when researching a penny stock. I gambled early here, believing the PPA would be signed prior to debt having to be paid back. The real curve ball was Tarpon and the election outcome in Costa Rica. Soon after it was more equity debt with ASHER.
If you think you can outguess what the converters are going to do, good luck to you. Their forte is to take advantage of the unwary and they are very good at it. They know the whole bag of tricks and hire traders to sell their shares that are very knowledgeable of the market and its players. I would rather play roulette than buy shares of STLK right now. And we all know that you have more control of your fate playing poker than roulette. Point given.
