Yep, saw Asher was out. That alone was touted to move this stock and didn't. I see no reason to continue to file with the sec at the expense of shareholders. If/when they ever bring in enough cash to be a sec filer would be the time to do so.....doing on convertible debt and shareholders backs never works.
