And BTW, Just to clarify, those papers to fill and sign-off, along with my W-2 Info, were routed through TD Ameritrade, my Broker holding my escrow shares. Probably, the same thing will happen with Lehman -- TD Ameritrade will request the paperwork from me and file on my behalf with Lehman.

Those were forms W-4, not W-2.
