Yes. And I do remember sending the W-2s when I signed off on the 'Settlement Agreement' that WAMU had, for my WAMU Escrow Shares. (as all my fellow WAMU investors did).

I didn't file those for my Lehman OBS though because they never asked for it. Perhaps, once the scheduling order count-down begins, Lehman will ask us for our W-2, for settlements towards our 'Escrow Shares'.
