Very thank you. Doing SEC or other ( police ) some next investigation ? Or they stopped it ? Is the case closed ? When SEC accused HGLC, why was allowed the company ( Saner and others on this board got out all assets from HGLC ) ? I suppose its is against rules. But they did it, despite of it.Will get Saner and other some penalty ? I am surprised if no.
Assets on HGLC- the court could divided between injured shareholders. If there is no assets in this time, Saner and others will go to jails ? How is it possible, that company was accused, next step got all it assets from company away- it is not a crime ?

Sharholders acted in good faith. In the time when sharholders boughted the shares, the company had mines or other its assets. Warning by SEC went too late...Past warning assets lost.
Shareholders which bought shares before warning - nobodey has no right to get some money ? Court got Matera, Arnold, Getz.. to jail. Why not Saner and others ? Last board on HGLC who are responsible for incorect press relase, why this board is without penalty ?
