I worked for the government and we used rental cars. Health Canada isn't going to drive their own cars to Lakeshore from Ottawa. They likely flew in and rented cars, as any other government agency would do.

And no, I didn't inspect how many cameras and lights there were, and I didn't inspect the ventilation and HVAC. It would've been quite difficult on my drive-by to inspect the ventilation and HVAC, but maybe you'd find it easier to do if you drove by.

And it was several people, not a guy in a suit. But you know what, maybe you're right. Maybe it was Chaaban's money man. You clearly know more than anyone else on the subject.

Anything "moving", alive or wind-blown-dead on that site, must mean HC is on site for an inspection.

If someone showed up with a pressure washer? INSPECTION.
If someone showed up from the power company? INSPECTION.
If someone catches Billy on site? INSPECTION.
If someone sees a crow fly over? INSPECTION.
Rental car? LICENSE AWARD CEREMONY.
Dead possum out front? HIT BY HC RENTAL CAR.

Billy should buy a bunch of balloons and tie them to the front gate. He would probably be able to charge a premium for 4 million shares that day and not affect the pps more than 0.02%
