WTF, you are either too ignorant or lazy to do basic research. Of course I can short penny stocks. If you open an account at Interactive Brokers, you can too. By being totally wrong on this item, you expect anyone to take notice of your other ideas?
That's all anyone needed to see to know what kind of trader you are. Heard of google? It's an internet search engine. Try using it to look up shorting on the OTC -- search "OTC Short Report" for starters.
