I short penny stocks. A simple google search will provide you a list of brokers that allow shorting of penny stocks.
You seen to have no understanding at all of the content of the Securities Act, and what can cause a stock to be suspended by the SEC.
Dilution can be done legally or illegally. "Dumping shares" is perfectly legal if done in accordance with the Act.
Many insiders of penny stocks are slimy creatures. Being slimy is not in contravention of the Act.
Ironically , when you state as a fact that a company is about to be suspended, and it is not true, YOU are in violation of the Securities Act.
You give those of us who short penny stocks as a stream of income a bad name.
I am requesting, in all politeness, that you STFU!
