Mid-April is the 15th, that's a Saturday. Monday, the 17th is the start of the latter half of April, and also the United States Internal Revenue Service filing date for 2005.

Will you be back here on the 17th or 18th repeating your assertion about how CMKX is going to play out? Or if nothing (which I believe) happens, will you even show you face?

Acca, please don't take this as an insult or bashing, as I respect you and the job you are doing, but why should we believe another predicted deadline date when Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Christmas have all gone by without closure or disbursement. As a matter of fact, I don't like the prediction of another date, since it too will more than likely go by without either closure or disbursement. Can you give us a reason to believe this time !!!!!!!!! TIA
