No, he didn't award himself 13M at $0

Mackay and his companies didn't get 13M shares for $0, but did get them for a very low average price of sub-$1

That web page oversimplifies the situation and misinterprets some of the data.

He got something like 5.7M at the creation of CannaVest for pennies on the dollar (need to look this amount up and put it into my chart).

He received 10M shares for $0.60 per shares as part of the Roen conversion

He also bought 100K shares for $1 during the November offering.

He recently transferred some shares between his wholly-owned companies, and those are the 2.8M at $0.0.
