Did you look at the link? Bart Mackay made an acquisition of nearly 13M shares. They were not BUYS at all.

Those insider buys were for between .60 to $1. They'd be millionaires even if they sell at today's prices. In my opinion, this is a blatant insider enrichment scheme.
