That was interesting critique of the situation,IMHO I believe the cancellation was not by Judge..but by the Plaintiff-Defendent..Also you raise a interesting ?..who has more to lose the defentant..massive diluition, if that 1 billion holds or the plaintiff as we speak 3 million Dollar value...no pun intended, but that,s the million dollar ?
