I remember reading this and saying 'who's Rosenkrancz?',

but then have a vague recollection of a later note (among many) by yusfdbk
where this attribution was revectored onto JC...I have no ability to find it, among the many posts and subsequent flame-a-thon...

The other thing I recall was some commentary that
both 'our' and 'their' attorneys were arguing against the court, which did persist in doing whatever it was that it did. Luckily one of 'our' team did comprehend the 'quadruple reverse' play-in-motion during the hearing, and cued the team to get on board or at least let it happen.

I didn't attend, but I guess the question on everyone's lips in the hallway after court would have been

"What just happened?"
