David I think u are wrong, K has a par value of $25 and P's par value is $1000

Try $10.00 per Hundred Million or $100 per Billion.

So 100 * 24=$2400 for P's and 1/40 of that for K's($60)

Remember U's had 1.4 Billion shares but P's only had 3 Million shares & K's had 20 Million shares

To get K's on par with P's we need to divide the 20 Million by 40 = .5 Million

So 3+.5 = 3.5 Million shares which is 1/400 of the amount of U's shares.

Of the 75 % coming to Class 19 that is also split with TPS(52%) for them so now we know why they changed their minds so quickly from a NO to a YES.
