It HASN'T dropped below $6.58 yet...I misread the october/sept part...but my question remains..will it be FREE shares or will they have to pay for them?

I am guessing free shares.

little disclosure: I am just doing research...please don't think I am bashing here...I do a lot of digging before i invest. you all know that..and one of my major hangups is tricky financing and accounting
