Quick Research on EURO by Matt-

I am not touching this stock until I understand their financing and how it is structured and where the heck Woodward is.. They have only done 1 deal with a public company ever, according to filings. That sends off alersts in my head. THen figure in they are offshore...Watch out.

From filing -

Sale of Common Stock -------------------- Pursuant to amended terms of an additional agreement with Woodward LLC, on March 2, 2000, the Company sold 1,200,000 shares of its common stock for net proceeds of approximately $6,000,000. The purchaser agreed to hold such shares for a minimum of six months. Additional shares of common stock may be issuable to the purchaser in the event that the average bid price of the common stock during the months of September of 2000 and October of 2000 are below $6.58.

Now, to me, that reads they will be compensated if the price drops below $6.58, which it has. But do they pay? Or is it free shares?

But, Matt, they bought shares, they must beleive.. Yes, this is somewhat true. This could be setup to look good. I am not sure. What I wnat to know is, now that this credit line is out there, at WHAT PRICE are they valuing their shares...Since they are getting money on the $75 million credit line. Are they swapping out shares or are they swapping out cash later on? that is very important. THey could have bought the 1.3 million shares @ $500/share to look good, then be getting the credit line/equity financing shares @ .005/share...That is something we MUST figure out.

That's what I'm digging now. IF you know the answer, post to me..publicly. So we can discuss this.

Also, I found an accounting problem (I think) ... More on that later...

The price may have appeared in a PR, I haven't read all of them..only 2 of them I think..the fianncing ones, because those are MOST important in a development stage company.
