More-or-less it is a reverse merger play. The entity that we are merging into is SDE, and this is a green energy company basically. It harnesses the energy of the sea through patented sea-wave technology, and had a MUCH higher profit margin and cheap energy production then compared to lets say Solar energy.
That is where the main focus of everything is, a clean shell, no toxic debt.
