Looking at this, now. Just curious, what is the business of Blackbird? Is it casinos, wave electricity, or something else? Exactly what do they do & what is their source of revenue? Has Blackbird been promised any of the contracts you listed in your dd? It is a little confusing what they do & what all this dd has to do with them. Not bashing, just looking at this as an investment possibility.
