In order to become a licensed Stock Broker or Registered Representative you must pass your series 7 exams. Series 6 exams allow you to manage mutual funds etc…


At one time I harbored the idea of becoming a broker. However after watching how people reacted during this down market, I don’t think I wish to handle other people’s money. I know that’s where the big bucks are nevertheless I can trade online for little money and do just fine for myself.

Combined with a new sales rep job for a HVAC company and I might be able to afford these hunting trips I’m going on ar ar ar ar.
