1999 was founded. CEO took over in 2008. Results matter. Making excuses like you just did for this CEO is unacceptable in the business world.

The biggest problem I have is that he continues to lead people on. Go back and look at past press releases. How many if his statements have come true?

This company is not a "new company" as you claim. What's new to you 10 years, 15years? Hardly a new company. Even the original founder is long gone....
