As long as their level of conviction with the future success of NWBO trials and developments in Europe folds out successfully,they will buy in some size and obviously are price conscious as they diminish the float by taking it off the market. However that float has been expanded by legal and illegal shorts!
IF we get another piece of BIG News it may precipitate possibly both: some short covering and some institutional buying.
