They are looking to get an $8M line of credit this quarter. Way cheaper than an SPO. While its not the $24M you're stating, it should help quite a bit. I'd rather them prove that they can effectively use that $8M before getting a lot more $$ which could be potentially mishandled. They seem to be smart about calculating ROI on their marketing expenses (i.e. cancelling/backing away from TV advert after seeing the CKap failure).

I am in that same boat, I wouldn't be opposed to an SPO for growth.... the last one went very well when Frost gobbled up a lot of the shares.
I feel that they could raise 30million, 2mil shares at $15, as I expect the price by that point will be higher than $15/share, but $12 would be fine also. There is a lot they can do with $25-30mil.
I fear that they wont do it properly, but if with experience of Frost, and the current executives, they should be able to pull it off. AND it would have to be with the NASDAQ uplisting, not before.

I think 15-18million shares is probably what they will be shooting for as a float.... IN THE FUTURE. Not anytime soon.
But I agree that MSLP will need to do a SPO to spur more growth, and I am ok with that.
