Well they are already public, so an IPO is out of the question in terms of raising more capital.


In all honesty, I wouldn't mind seeing them perform an SPO during their uplist to NASDAQ for that very reason.


- When you create an additional 450k shares to give to tiger woods, the shares get diluted (and the current shareholders technically get nothing in return up front).

- On the other hand, a SPO that is pulled off correctly can increase the share price because of the cash that is raised.

Let's say they offered 2 million shares in an SPO at $12....that $24 million dollars can be used to ramp up production/further vertically integrate the supply chain/operate the business without a line of credit/etc.
