Geez Hypi, we are all disgusted with pathetic stock performance and lack of communication from management so your frustration is understandable. Just don't start making outrageous claims based on nothing. Please explain how Zoetis can cut a private deal with Mags without remaining shareholders being in on it? Not even possible, Zoetis is a major public company and isn't going to do a back door deal so lose the paranoia!
