Believe function was stopped

If I have your question right, the scanner function has been a no go for some years now.
There are ones in TOS and TDA site that are real time & eod if want.
Think Medved is working on scanner in the Medved Trader version that's in beta.
Check back through msgs here from him answering your issue.
He's on Twitter too as well as at his site for MT.
Likely he'll pop an answer to you here so mine is just a note.
