I'm currently using Quote Tracker 3.9.8 and it says my files are up-to-date. However, when I try to do an EOD scanner I have to update files but then it stops and says there is an error with the file upload. Also, the date at the top of the scanner is 12/30/99.

What's the problem??? I'm a TDA user and have it linked to my account.
