Well the 10Q is not answering your, and everyone else's concern. This all you get, what we already knew:
On July 15, 2014, TransCanada notified the Company of TransCanada’s election to cancel, effective October 15, 2014. In exercising its termination right under the Lease, TransCanada stated: “The justification for the early termination is due to the project working to expedite the required testing and believes the full term of the lease is unnecessary to successfully complete testing.” The Lease continues to be effective through October 15, 2014, and testing of the Company’s Equipment on TransCanada’s pipeline in Wichita, Kansas is ongoing. Data generated by, and results of the testing, have not yet been determined
As most suspect, the pre-recorded cc will probably just be a verbal version of this printed version.
If that is the case then that means another long wait until Oct 15 to find out 1.) the results of the testing. 2.) The dta numbers 3.) A purchase by TransCanada.
And if we don't received any "determined" data, results, information by the the termination date (Oct 15)then we have to wait for the next 10Q in November.
But there is still a possibility of a surprise disclosure not in the 10Q in just less than an hour.
