I am hoping someone is looking to bump price and pair with a seller, ME. :)

Who knows why and when these things move, or how they do so quickly. What I do know is my trading engines wont allow me to buy at prices much higher than current share price. Meaning, I cant purchase at 1000% higher than the current price, just wont happen.
