(1) someone hit "market buy" thinking that they would fill at .0001 and they were paired with a seller at .0072

or

(2)--the more likely: Someone is manipulating the pps hoping to unload a boatload of shares and they are just pumping in false volume hoping to find investors that are price chasers.
