Even if saleen didn't know the cars were lemons, they have a duty to ensure that the car they're selling is of sound quality and structure.

So in reality, they either didn't check/care or simply gave the "Ok" to sell cars that were complete garbage.

Tell it to the customers. All of these cases were brought by dissatisfied customers .
The point is that based on Saleen's customer service track record, with customers having to hire attourney's and file lemon law cases before Saleen would act , they are not equipped to manage Tesla customers.

Also, once the car is turned over to Saleen , the Tesla warranty will be voided and the customer will be 100% dependent on Saleen to service the car . Unless they want to pay a hefty price to Tesla to try and reverse the changes Saleen has made to the car.

These comments are my opinion .
