like I said, this is the only known lemon law case against Tesla even though Tesla sold more cars last year than Saleen did in its lifetime, but Saleen has dozens of lemon cases against them.
On top of that, in the particular Tesla case, the customer is known to have filed suits for the last 2 cars that he bought (volvos I think), and Tesla proved that the customer was tampering with the vehicle because the problem stop after Tesla applied anti-tampering tape.
Anyway, dozens of lawsuits against just one, even though Tesla's volumes are a lot higher than Saleen's, this is no contest here, I don't even know why you are arguing.
