I understand the Freddie attys getting involved
after their initial refusal to provide the docs
requested in the supoenea and then telling the
court quickly on a FRIDAY (in an improper manner)
that they would be providing the "required docs" ...
but I don't understand the posts on the Tim Howard
blog pointing to a release or partial next week ? dunno
how anyone gleaned that from the exchange last week

with the docs being given over .. I wonder if the
status conf which I assume was requested due to the
initial refusal by Freddie is now going to be
canceled because its no longer needed ?? very curious
