THE MOST TWO INTERESTING ATTORNEYS IN ATTENDANCE FOR THE NEXT STATUS UPDATE!!!!!!!!!
The following other attorneys plan to appear by telephone:
• Zac Hudson, Bancroft PLLC (representing Fannie Mae)
• Taylor Lankford, King & Spalding (representing Freddie Mac)

Now why in the world would two attorney's from the companies be on the status update call.
These two would be represented by the counsel of record & that would be the DOJ at this point who would be representing the defendants FHFA.

THIS IS MOST TELLING & EVERYONE MUST UNDERSTAND THERE IS ZERO LEGAL BASIS FOR THESE TWO TO BE ON THAT CALL.

WE CAN GUESS MAYBE:
1. Due to discovery of information? Well they were never invited before?
2. Due to being part of providing financial data - well that would come from DOJ from FHFA!!!
3. We could say well they are now part of the legal team of plaintiff but that is not the case.
4. We could say they needed to be on it because - well any reason you want to pull out of your butt!!!!

At the end of the day for years this case has been going never were attorneys from the companies included.
At the end of the day with all the status calls never were the attorneys from the companies requested to be part of jurisdiction or protective order nor did we see the defendant add them like the plaintiff has filed.

So who, why & how did the attorneys for FNF even get added to the list???

Well we shall see!!!! I would think it is for the good & might be to design activities for a partial release and the order will be written for the judge that would be written by both plaintiff & defendant for a partial release.

The other day 1 share traded before the open - JUST ONE SHARE & I POSTED ONE SHARE REALLY??

That might have been a message of one week left!!!!! Conspiracy not sure but weird that one day about a week before this meeting only one share trades before an opening!!!!!

Just my opinion but this all happens in a flash you must read every stupid little sign that just might be those hints being given to the market.
