Very good examples of the contrast between
Saleen and Tesla . The brands are a Mis-match of product, customer type and
quality service expectations. Saleen Tesla will never work .
Saleen has 31 employees, can you imagine them supporting both electric and gas vehicle platforms?
Some of these employee work in clothing apparel, PR, accounting, marketing , sales.
I bet they only have a couple of service reps in the entire company .
No way they can meet the expectations of a Tesla customers.

These comments are my opinion.

Oh ya, great review about SMS but a few problems with it...

1: Saleen/SMS is NOT located in Anaheim, CA it is located in Corona,CA

2: Do a search of the address on this review and it goes to this business: http://www.eleganzatiles.com/contactus.html

3: I can tell you that IF that is a true review that someone from Saleen/SMS would have taken care of it for him. Especially when you look at the same persons other reviews... They are nothing but complaints of complaint and more complaints. So it looks like to me this person is hard to please with anything at all. So I don't trust what this person says at all.

This is the level of service an owner would have to give up in order to get a "Saleen Tesla Model S". Do you really think Saleen can live up to that?

A Tesla Model S owner smashed his car windscreen right after he picked it up over the weekend in Beijing to protest poor customer service from the luxury electric car maker and demanded that the head of Tesla China resolve his problem.

"I smashed the car mainly because Tesla delayed its delivery, which was not in line with the booking order," Yu Xinquan, founder and CEO of Inner Mongolia Langlaile E-commerce Limited Co, who is one of the first batch of Tesla Model S owners in China, told the Global Times Sunday.





Can Steve compete with this.....i hope not :(
