The 6 month Balance Sheet comparative is also interesting.

You can see that basically all accounts are relatively the same with the exception of debt and equity.

Similar to what I already commented is the a material amount of debt has been converted to an equity position.

So I ask you this..........

Why would someone who is owed $25,000 exchange it for shares??????
