I see your point. What I find interesting about jarred honey at the markets, any market, really, is the sellers and the customers want to believe honey bees gather pollen from specific sources, specific enough to the point the label can state, for example, "Genuine Sourwood Honey." Truth is, honey bees, as well as the other bees, aren't particular about the sources. Sales gimmick.
