Those are all emotional reasons not negatives on the company itself. I will agree that there are those that buy and sell on emotion but by and large traders don't care about bad reputation, stigma, or unhappy customers. Like us they care about making $$$ and they base their projections on how well a company will do by researching fundamentals like P/E ratios, cash reserves, dividends paid, and how much profit a company makes. I am sure that hedge funds are lining up right NOW to buy tons and tons of shares of AAL when that 1 year period is done.
