The only negative is airlines and airline stocks have a bad reputation. That is a stigma that is really hard to get past for a lot of folks. That and there is a lot of scary things that make the airline stocks really volatile. Anyone who has a bad day, a plane crash or emergency landing, fuel prices go up, gets put on a bad list because of an unhappy customer, etc causes the whole industry to react in a bad way. Even if it had nothing to do with them. I think it will be hard to attract long term folks to the flock. We might get stuck with the traders. :( IMO I hope I am wrong but....... we have over reacted to every little thing so far and it doesn't seem to want to end. OK enough debbie downer for today. Just make it quit being stupid.
