The CEO is dead set against hiring Promoters, either individuals or Companies. I support this, and will wait it out for CAPC to be discovered. Only a matter of time before this Gem gets exposed, and I have the patience to wait it out.
What do you mean? You are saying the exact opposite of what was said on the conference call when you refer to building shareholder value...it is clear that they ARE building LONG TERM equity and shareholder value.
I never heard of a company that didn`t want to enhance shareholders value.
Also, just as an aside - I was in PH*T for a little while and due to promotions, and sheer insider greed, they were shut down by the SEC - sent to the grey market - and the whole BoD left or was fired.
Now the SEC is coming after the promoters. This is EXACTLY why CAPC Management does not want these scumbags playing with their life's work. I hope I am not being to judgemental. That is not my intention.
