Is there any reason capc dosen`t want to promote the stock?
A little PR could double or triple the stock.
There are not enough of us investors to move the stock.
We need new blood.
I imagine there are a lot of penny stock investors that would like to know about this company.
I never heard of a company that didn`t want to enhance shareholders value.
