Volume is starting to come in at least for the last few days.

The price is starting to crawl higher too.

We need a "Quantum Event" of some kind, like a partnership with a major drug maker or an institutional investment.

If just one "analyst" decided to cover ALRT with a buy rating the price could triple in one day.
