Roger that.I like your clear headed (ie data driven) and far sighted view of the situation. I understand there are federal regulations that prohibit what state welfare programs can and cannot do (since a chunk of their budgets comes from the feds) and that is why Oregon has a special waiver.

The high profile situation of Sovaldi cost opens up many options for Abbvie. For as you have observed, with the urgent cases (cirrhotic )
Abbvie trials were well designed compared to Gild (in my layman's opinion) and so it is sort of a positive edge if Abbvie knows how to exploit it.

I have been adding a few 100s here and there with my limit price. That is all I can do with such a pissy volume.

Btw, the facts that insiders don't sell too much is also a comforting factor. It may amount to nothing in the end but in my opinion, psychological factors are very important with success in speculation.
