Think you are 100% correct here, but I also believe shares already traded hands weeks ago.....that's when the hype started here and shares started moving. Luther needed a reason to talk to Kolbe again and without cash, why would they even bother after the last nightmare? If they gave a billion shares to Mastiff or anyone else who saw the opportunity to flip, then that makes sense as to the volume over the past two weeks....they've been flooding the ask and bid ever since.
