I believe you just nailed it OnTheGreen with your post. It must be Mastiff or some other lender to Luther who is flooding the ask and bid. However as long as Luther spends the money wisely and generates revenue and pays back Mastiff then I would assume Mastiff is NOT allowed to cash the shares. Correct ?
